About our watches
You often pick up a watch and immediately recognize the brand it comes from. There are characteristic elements, colors or designs that automatically make us think of a manufacturer.
Junkers is a strong brand that has stood for the highest technical standards and quality for many years. Through our history, we have specialized in aviator and Bauhaus watches, which is why typical elements and complications of these two styles are firmly anchored in our designs.
In addition, we follow some basic principles that characterize each of our models. On this page, we would like to introduce you to the special features that give our watches their unmistakable Junkers DNA and make them far more than mere timepieces.

Corrugated metal design - from the airplane to the dial
Hugo Junkers revolutionized aviation with the construction of the first all-metal aircraft, setting a new standard in the world of aviation. For this purpose, he developed a special corrugated sheet metal, which today makes upthe historic charm of the old Junkers aircraft such as the Aunt JU or the Junkers F13.
We wanted to use this corrugated sheet metal and its unique look for our watches and thus transfer the charm of the Junkers airplanes to our watches. For this reason, we have designed special dials that pick up on this distinctive pattern. As a result, the historic Junkers corrugated sheet metal design not only remains a trademark of our aircraft, but also characterizes the aesthetics of our pilot's watches to this day.
