Eligibility to participate
All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Participation is free of charge and only possible once per person.
Participation period
Participation in the promotion is possible from 07.06.2025 up to and including 19.07.2025. Should the schedule of the Junkers Aircraft A50 Junior Europe Tour change, i.e. start or end earlier or later than planned, the competition period will change accordingly.
Participation in the competition
Participation takes place when purchasing a watch in the Junkers online store. After purchase, all participating customers will receive a "Boarding Pass" in the packaging of their watch with further information about the promotion. Participants who have received an instant prize will find it enclosed directly with their order. To take part in the prize draw for the main prize, participants must scan the QR code printed on the boarding pass (or call up the corresponding link) and register on the linked landing page by 25.07.2025 at the latest. Subsequent participation is not possible.
Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded as part of the campaign:
- First prize: An exclusive sightseeing flight in a Junkers A50 Junior.
- Instant prizes
- 500 x key fob
- 300 x replacement leather wristband
- 100 x model airplane
Cash payment or exchange of prizes is excluded. Vouchers for a replacement leather wristband can be redeemed free of charge at junkers.de until the end of July 2027, subject to stock availability. Shipping is also free of charge.
Allocation of the instant prizes
The prizes will be allocated using a random generator.
Main prize
The main prize is a 30-minute sightseeing flight in a Junkers A50 Junior from Donaueschingen. Arrival and departure are at your own expense. The execution of the flight depends on the weather and is subject to the pilot's decision. An alternative date can be arranged if the flight is canceled.
The draw for the main prize will take place on 26.07.2025 among all participants who have successfully registered via the landing page. The winner will be determined at random.
The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours. The winner must confirm the prize within seven days. If no confirmation is received within this period, a new winner will be drawn.
By accepting the main prize, the winner agrees to the publication of their first name and/or surname and photos on our website and in social media without any time or place restrictions. Upon request, we will refrain from taking close-ups of the winner's face and from mentioning the winner's full name.
Data protection
As part of the campaign, personal data (e.g. name and email address) will be processed exclusively for the purpose of running the competition. The data will not be passed on to third parties and will be deleted at the end of the promotion, provided there are no statutory retention obligations. Participants have the right to information, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of their data at any time in accordance with Art. 15 ff. GDPR. Early termination and changes
Junkers Uhren GmbH reserves the right to terminate or change the competition at any time, in particular in the event of technical problems, manipulation or for legal reasons.
Liability
Junkers Uhren GmbH is not liable for technical faults, network or website outages or other problems that are beyond its control and make it impossible to take part in the competition.
Legal recourse and place of jurisdiction
Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Miscellaneous
This competition is in no way connected to third-party platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook or Google) and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by them.
